The veggie/pot scrubber is a stiff brush which works fantastically on potatoes and carrots. For pots it works best on surfaces such as stainless steel and cast iron. We don't recommend it on non-stick surfaces such as Teflon.
The mushroom brush is a more gentle brush for use on mushrooms. Can be used dry or wet. If you don't want to risk scratching the skin of your potatoes and carrots this can also be used as a less abrasive vegetable scrubber.
Be sure to shake them out after use and hang or let drip dry in open air. They last well as long as they are allowed to dry out in between use.
