Right now our online ordering is set up for Canada, USA, UK, Japan, Ireland, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria, and Germany and Hong Kong, but we can ship to other countries as well. Please inquire by phone or email and we can send you a quote on shipping. Unfortunately we can't ship to Australia or New Zealand.
For Canada/USA customers - You can check our shipping calculator in the cart page and ask us if you have any questions about the costs. Shipping to the USA includes brokerage and will not incur any extra import fees or taxes upon arrival (unless the order exceeds USD$800).
UK customers - we have included tax/brokerage charges in the cost of your order if ordering using GBP currency. If you used a different currency that cost may not be included. If that happens we will contact you to confirm if you wish to go ahead still and accept those fees directly.
Shipping to all other international destinations - We don't charge any Canadian taxes for international shipments, but your own country will likely charge local taxes/import fees upon arrival.
To the United States we generally ship by UPS. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations we now ship by DHL. Within Canada we use either Canada Post or UPS depending on where it is going.
We typically get orders out same business day or next business day. If your order takes longer to put together we will let you know. Depending on how far it is going may take approximately 3-8 business days in transit. We can not guarantee transit times but if it is taking longer than it should please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately we do not do any wholesale. Our brooms are quite labour intensive to make and our material supplies are limited so we are unable to maintain a business and do wholesale.
