Shipping FAQ

Where do we ship?

Right now our online ordering is set up for Canada, USA, UK, Japan, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Mexico and Germany,  but we can ship to other countries as well. Please inquire by phone or email and we can send you a quote on shipping. Unfortunately we can't ship to Australia or New Zealand.

For Canada/USA customers - You can check our shipping calculator in the cart page and ask us if you have any questions about the costs. Shipping to the USA will not incur any extra import fees or taxes upon arrival (unless the order exceeds USD$800). 

Shipping to all other international destinations - This is more pricey, but also sometimes our website over-estimates the shipping charges for these international destinations, as it really depends on how everything fits in the box. If this happens, we will reduce the charges when we accept your payment, and let you know! If you wish for an exact quote before ordering please contact us and we are happy to work it out. Note: We don't charge any Canadian taxes for international shipments, but your own country may charge taxes/import fees upon arrival.  

How do we ship?

To the United States and international destinations we always ship by UPS. Within Canada we use either Canada Post or UPS depending on where it is going.

How long will my package take to arrive? 

We typically get orders out same business day or next business day. If your order takes longer to put together we will let you know. Depending on how far it is going may take approximately 3-8 business days in transit. We can not guarantee transit times but if it is taking longer than it should please contact us and we will look into it for you.

 

Do we wholesale our brooms? 

Unfortunately we do not do any wholesale. Our brooms are quite labour intensive to make and our material supplies are limited so we are unable to maintain a business and do wholesale.
